Our furniture products are shipped through Eastend Design’s logistics team or trusted third-party logistics partners within 7–8 days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 10–15 days.

When will assembly happen?
Assembly of your furniture will be arranged within 3 to 5 days after delivery.
Are there any shipping/delivery charges?
We offer FREE SHIPPING across selected pin codes. For other locations, a standard delivery charge of ₹999 applies.

Will I receive my entire order together if I purchase multiple products?
We try to ship all products in a single order together. However, due to product type or delivery mode, items may sometimes arrive separately.
What if I am not at home when you arrive?
Our delivery executive will confirm with you one day before delivery. If you are not available, please inform the delivery team in advance to reschedule.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address if the product has not yet been shipped, provided the new address is within the same city.
Do you deliver to multiple addresses?
We deliver only to the address specified in your order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?
Yes, as long as the person receiving the delivery has a valid ID proof.
